Start the new year…and new quarter-century…right with dinner with the Prime Timers of Baltimore for dinner at True Chesapeake, which offers a variety of oyster dishes, small plates, and entrees.
Per their page: True Chesapeake is a restaurant rooted in the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay, founded through the partnership of longtime friends and industry professionals: Chef Zack Mills, Shucker Nick Shauman, and Farmer Patrick Hudson.
Since 2010, we have been farming premium oysters in the brackish waters of St. Jerome Creek in Southern Maryland. Our farming practices not only sustain the rich ecosystem of the Chesapeake Bay but also restore it.
