(A) Register with a check
Include with your check the names of each person and whether they are members or guests. We ask for $15 per person.

(B) Register online using Square payments
Note that paying online includes a 3.3% plus 30 cents online processing fee. As with paying by check, payments are $15 per person plus the fee as specified above.
