CANCELED – Jam Making Class – YUM

As we roll towards Spring, a member has coordinated with Clemson Univ to conduct a jam-making class for our group, most likely strawberry jam and jelly canning. Canning is a practical, safe, and enjoyable method of food preservation when done properly. Participants will engage in the full canning process from preparation to processing using current USDA-recommended techniques. $40 includes everything.
