The CLTPT newsletter and website serve a small audience [Limited to Chapter membership] but the Chapter does offer the opportunity for limited advertising by related organizations or providers of services to Chapter membership. Set rates for ads are shown below and the Chapter has the right to accept or reject any ad and its decision will be final.
Full-Page Newsletter Ad {one-time cost}:
- Monthly Chapter Newsletter {max of SIX consecutive issues}: Includes one full-page 8” W X 10” H ad in the newsletter; $50/ad up to SIX consecutive months.
- Monthly Chapter Newsletter & Chapter website {max of SIX consecutive issues and SIX consecutive months, respectively}: Includes one full-page, 8” W X 10” H ad in the newsletter and one website page ‘icon/link’ with downloadable document. $75/ad up to SIX consecutive months.
Half-Page Ad {one-time cost}:
- Monthly Chapter Newsletter {max of SIX consecutive issues}: Includes one half-page 8” W X 5” H ad in the newsletter; $30/ad up to SIX consecutive months
- Monthly Chapter Newsletter & Chapter website {max of SIX consecutive issues and SIX consecutive months, respectively}: Includes one half-page, 8” W X 5” H horizontal ad in the newsletter and one website page ‘icon/link’ with downloadable document; $50/ad up to SIX consecutive months.
Quarter-Page Ad {one-time cost}:
- Monthly Chapter Newsletter {max of SIX consecutive issues}: Includes one quarter-page 4” W X 5” H vertical ad in the newsletter; $20/ad up to SIX consecutive months
- Monthly Chapter Newsletter & Chapter website {max of SIX consecutive issues and SIX consecutive months, respectively}; Includes one quarter-page, 4” W X 5” H, vertical ad in the newsletter and one website page ‘icon/link’ with downloadable document; $35/ad up to SIX consecutive months.
Business Card Ad {one-time cost}:
- Monthly Chapter Newsletter {max of SIX consecutive issues}: Includes one business card size ad at 3.5” W X 2” H ad in the newsletter; $15/ad up to SIX consecutive months respectively.
- Monthly Chapter Newsletter & Chapter website {max of SIX consecutive issues and SIX consecutive months, respectively}; Includes one business card size ad at, 3.5” W X 2” H, ad in the newsletter and one website page ‘icon/link’ with downloadable document; $25/ad up to SIX consecutive months.
CLTPT newsletters are sent electronically on the first of each month. Website links are updated by the 7th of each month.
Ad copy is to be submitted for approval ONE MONTH PRIOR to the publication date desired for the newsletter {or newsletter plus web link}. Submit to:

Payment for any of the ad options desired are shown in the CLTPT Square Store and payment is to be received no less than three weeks before publication date desired. Without payment the ad {and link, if purchased} will not be created in CLTPT media.
