Prime Timers Cleveland Holiday Meeting/Dinner

The December 14th meeting will be back at The Cabin.  Come at 3PM to join in Holiday Spirits with fellow members and guests.  A short meeting will begin at 3:30PM with dinner to follow at 4:00PM.  Ken and Jeff have again worked miracles and reserved The Cabin with a special menu I am sure will please every taste:

Dinner includes your choice of the following and coffee, tea or soft drink

From the Land:
New York Strip Steak (gf) – au gratin potatoes, green beans, maître d’hotel butter
Ginger Beef – rice noodles, braised bok choy, ginger soy sauce, peanuts
Prime Rib (gf) – baked potato, green beans, au jus
Burger – local beef, lettuce, tomato, red onion, brioche bun, cabin fries. Add-bacon/cheese
Pork Chops  – apple cider mustard glaze, au gratin potato, bacon Brussels sprouts

Roasted Half Chicken – loaded baked potato, bacon Brussels sprouts

Chicken Franchise – lemon pepper linguini with lemon wine sauce

From the Sea:
Shrimp & Grits – fried green tomato, sausage brown gravy
Salmon – citrus, fried rice, bok choy, sesame seeds, peppers, peanuts, sweet thai chili sauce
Trout – almond crust, green beans, mushroom risotto, lemon garlic sauce
Scallops – saffron risotto, brussels sprouts, bacon peppercorn sauce

From the Garden:
Eggplant (vv) – fried rice, miso glaze, bok choy, sesame seeds, peppers, peanuts, sweet thai chili sauce
Impossible Burger (v) – lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickle, bun, cabin fries

From the Bakery:
Dessert will be provided by Prime Timers Cleveland

Members will dine free and guests will pay $15.  There will be a cash bar.  Salads and Appetizers will be available at cost to you.
