Membership Steps

      1. Complete your application online by filling out the fields below and then click on the submit button.  Fields with a red * are required.
      2. Pay your dues online, in person, or by mail.
      3. Please note: Even if you complete your application and pay online, we must meet you in person before you can be approved as a member.  As stated in the application, you further understand that your membership requires final approval from the Board of Directors.

PrimeTimers® of Dallas-Fort Worth (PTDFW) Online Application

Annual Dues

  • $35 per man for a 12-month cycle ($37 if paid online using Square)

Payment Instructions:

  • Pay $35 online using Zelle (preferred) or $37 online using Square.   OR
  • Pay in-person at a selected PTDFW event.   OR
  • Mail a check (please do not send cash) payable to: PrimeTimers Dallas-Fort Worth, P.O. Box 191101, Dallas, TX 75219-8101

Important Note:

Once you click the "Submit Online Application" button, you will receive the message "Thanks for submitting your online application to PTDFW!" to confirm that your form has been properly filled out and sent to us. If you do not get the confirmation message, check your entries for errors. Thank you.

Please Note:

Completing your application online and paying your dues online are two separate actions.  Your application is not submitted until you get the “Thanks for submitting your online application! Hope to see you at an upcoming event.” message.
