PTI Outing to tour Subaru factory at Lafayette – RSVP MANDATORY by 10/20/25

PTI members will have a free guided tour of the Subaru factory at Lafayette.

Carpool will depart Jeff Jones & Scott Trout’s home in Indy at 9:30 am.

We must arrive at the plant by 10:40 am to check-in for the 11:00 am tour.

Please read all the Subaru requirements and information for the tour, below:

The tour will start at 11:00 am and will last an hour and a half.
Please plan to arrive 15-20 mins before your tour start time to park, walk to the Lobby, check in, and use the restroom before the tour starts.
Please bring in your drivers license to check in at the Lobby desk.

Your party will need to come to our second plant entrance.
There will be a sign out by the road that says Gate 2, please turn in there.
Stop at the guard shack, give them your last name, and tell them you are here for a tour.

The guard will give you a visitor’s parking pass, please leave that in your vehicle.
They will have you park in our Guest Parking lot to the right of our entrance.
Please walk on the sidewalk from the parking lot to the glass lobby, where you will need to check in with the security guard at the desk.

Footwear and Clothing Requirements:
Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required to be worn.
If you wear sandal type shoes, you will have to wait in the Lobby until the tour is over.
Skirts, dresses, and sandals are not permitted to be worn.
Shorts are permitted in the hotter months.

**There are no cell phones or camera/recording devices allowed inside the plant, please leave those behind in your vehicle.
Anyone that brings their cell phone inside, will need to return it to their vehicle before the tour starts.
The tour is on an elevated catwalk.
We will be walking a fast walking pace, up and down 250 individual stair steps, and walking around 3,500 steps total.
There are no restrooms, sitting or break areas on the tour route.
Crutches, casts, wheelchairs, or other immobilization devices are not allowed in our plant.
