DESCRIPTION:Marian University’s EcoLab’s trails are on the former Allison and Sommers’ Estates. It is an interesting wooded property with several old stone bridges\, an abandoned pool house\, and spring house. We cannot use the parking areas designated for the EcoLab or the Allison mansion. The parking area where we will meet is north of the Allison Mansion off of Cold Spring Road. DESCRIPTION:Prime Timers will have a Pedal Boat Outing on the Downtown Canal Saturday August 23\, 2025 at 10:00 am.\n\nWe will rent pedal boats from Wheel Fun Rentals located on the Canal Walk behind the Fire Station at 429 W Ohio St.\n\nThere is a stairway that leads down to the canal next to the 911 Memorial between the fire station and the bridge.\n\nPedal boat rental cost is $44 per hour pro-rated every 15 minutes after the first hour.\n\nEach pedal boat can hold up to five people who can split the cost. It will be more comfortable to have four people per boat.\n\nFood and drinks are allowed on the pedal boats but no alcohol.\n\nSunscreen and hats are recommended.\n\nThe pedal boats are equipped with a canopy that can be raised and lowered.\n\nThere is available on street metered parking as well as the parking garage located at Ohio Street and Senate Avenue.\n\nRSVP IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED OR WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE YOU!\n\nPlease RSVP to Jeff Jones\, jeffjonesjlj@gmail.com
