Join us for a beginner’s yoga class led by Wane Porterfield at Mindfulness Studio located at 253 Victoria Street (above Kennel’s Shoes). This session will introduce you to a variety of yoga poses, emphasizing correct alighment and biomechanics. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it; otherwise, we’ll provide mats and other props. Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor and kneeling duing the practice.<\/p>\n

Cost is $10 cash\/person.<\/p>\n
