Now this is truly something special. Choral Spectrum is Kansas City’s LGBTQ+ Chamber Chorus. Their powerful mission statement tells us exactly who they are and what they do.
To provide a safe place of inclusion and expression to all LGBTQIA and Allies in our community using the power of music to enrich lives and influence our acceptance by all who listen.
Even better, one of our newest PTKC members, Jeff Holt, is a tenor with them and we invite you to attend their next concert; Carmina Burana. Composed by Carl Orff, this is a glorious choral work and I know you’ll thoroughly enjoy the concert. We are attending the matinee performance on Sunday, April 12th at 3:00 PM at Holmeswood Church in Kansas City. Tickets start at $27.74 for Senior General Admission. One quick note. It is open seating so I suggest you coordinate your arrival with friends so you can sit with your PTKC pals. Maybe after the concert, we can all grab a bite to eat.
