Dinner at Crushed Red in Overland Park

Okay. I’m gonna apologize up front for what follows and to anyone who appeared in the musical, “Gypsy.”

“Lettuce entertain you!” “Lettuce drive you wild!” “We’re gonna eat some salad and maybe sing a ballad, ’cause we know you’re versatile!!”

So, Crushed Red is a really good place to grab a bite. Yeah, you’re going to eat greens but you can dress ’em up with all types of tasty toppings and mix ins! Sam, Jim Wright and Doug really love this place (so please blame them). They also serve really good sammies! The always friendly staff custom prepares your meal while you’re standing there and the menu names are fun and intriguing. From “Welcome Back Cobber” to “Play Gloria” it’s pretty much up to you. Just check out their menu.
