So, a little self introspection. Can one ever have too much great BBQ? The answer came quickly – heck, no!! This self-realization leads us to our first December 2024 KCPT dinner at Char Bar in Westport. Pitmaster Mitch Benjamin brings his smoke and magic to the heart of this historic Kansas City district. I mean you gotta’ love a place with the tag line, “Kansas City’s House of Meat!”
