Hump Day Dinner @ Blue Koi in Leawood

I know. Blue Koi is a little pricey. I mean it is in Leawood. But ‘ya know? Every now and then we should indulge ourselves. And, this place has a gem of a Chinese cuisine menu that garners great reviews. For our Wednesday Hump Day, you can sample their starter menu, appetizers and dumplings a la Carte and the full dinner menu is equally tantalizing and extensive.  Blue Koi is definitely worth the trip!
