How about Smokehouse Nachos as a starter? Maybe follow that with Prime Rib Short Ribs? Or go absolutely crazy with the Chef’s Special; a colossal compendium of Pork Spare Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Bone-in Chicken & (Pork or Beef) Burnt Ends. YOWSER! Just feed me and cart me out of there!!
