Wow. Carrabba’s Italian Grill has this great spring menu, aptly titled; Spring Awakening – Flavors in Bloom. Okay, so maybe some recent KU marketing major graduate went a bit crazy, but still……it’s a fine menu! Garlic Lemon Herb Linguine, Tuscan-Grilled Lamb Chops (my favorite!), Honey Goat Cheese Sacchetti and other tasty treats. Plus, the accompanying libations are equally appealing!
