Hump Day Dinner @ Red Lobster in OP

So, when I was a kid my maternal grandfather used to take us to some really fancy-schmancy restaurants in NY. I adore lobster and I vividly remember a couple of tuxedoed waiters wheeling an enormous fish tank to our table where we could hand pick our lobsters. Cruel, yeah, maybe. But toss in some melted butter when that crustacean arrived on my plate and I was in heaven. Now just to be clear, Red Lobster is NOT that kind of eatery but who cares!? There are plenty of choices, prices are reasonable and even better, the company is stellar!
