But the real charm of the place is when our favorite waitress snarls at us\, “Hey old men – are you ready to order?!” You cannot put a price on that.\nClearly we really like this eatery as evidenced by the fact we all tend to hang around way past 1:30. We have a large crowd of PTKC’ers every Friday so it’s worth the jaunt. Parking can be a little tight but you’ll find a space – not to worry. Today it’s a collective of five chef-driven eateries under one roof. Check out the video to get a sense of this fine establishment. It’s a highly regarded Kansas City restaurant featuring globally inspired\, scratch cooking with options for every dietary need. A friend of mine recently dined at Hemma Hemma. When I asked about her experience I got a big smile\, then a sigh and finally these words; “pure\, joyful comfort food.”\nWhat more do we need to know? But the real charm of the place is when our favorite waitress snarls at us\, “Hey old men – are you ready to order?!” You cannot put a price on that.\nClearly we really like this eatery as evidenced by the fact we all tend to hang around way past 1:30. We have a large crowd of PTKC’ers every Friday so it’s worth the jaunt. Parking can be a little tight but you’ll find a space – not to worry.
