Better yet, noted, late New York Times food critic, Craig Claiborne, swore that farm-raised catfish is the finest freshwater fish in North America. If you&#8217;ve not supped upon grain-fed, freshwater raised catfish you are in for a culinary treat! Now don&#8217;t despair those who dislike our fine, finny friends for feasting, there are plenty of other options! From Duck Confit to<strong> ALL YOU CAN EAT\u00a0<\/strong>fried chicken, you won&#8217;t go hungry.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s eat!
