Even though True Food Kitchen is only a 10 minute walk from my building, I’ve not been there yet. I’m all in when it comes to eating a healthy diet but whatever is on my plate has to taste great, too. Now, to that end, how can you quibble with a restaurant with this slogan? “Delicious by chefs, nutritious by science.”\u00a0<\/strong>I kinda’ like that! Their menu reads great! Locally sourced, organic foods and no seed oils are used in their kitchen. Now before you start the eye rolling take a gander at their menu. I mean, c’mon! Sourdough pizza, all sorts of salads and bowls and their entr\u00e9es? Lasagne al pesto, grass-fed meatloaf, sustainably raised salmon, grilled tenderloin and I’ll just stop there. But, this place is definitely worth a visit!<\/h4>\n

So, let’s make it a great night, starting at 7:00 PM on Wednesdays (remember?) and we’ll see ‘ya there!<\/h4>\n
