When my partner and I decided to relocate to Dayton, we knew we wanted to build a social circle beyond just our local family. A buddy of ours (a former Ohioan now living in Vegas) told us: “You’ve got to check out the Prime Timers!”

We found the Miami Valley Prime Timers website and saw they had a weekly coffee at Panera. It seemed like an easy, “no-strings-attached” way to meet the guys. From the moment we sat down, we felt welcomed. We even ended up tagging along to Buffalo Wild Wings right after. To say we felt “right at home” is an understatement!

We eventually attended a monthly meeting, taking advantage of the “two free visits” rule to see how the group operates. After a year of wonderful memories, we are so grateful for that initial recommendation. If you’re on the fence, I encourage you to dive in and explore our activities. We haven’t regretted it for a second, and we don’t think you will either!
