Saturday, May 14th! Save the date and join Prime Timers History Boys when they travel to the Bakken Museum in south Minneapolis. The exhibits present a concise history and explanation of electricity and electromagnetism. There are interactive exhibits for all ages. Make movies in the Spark exhibit, meet the mother of science fiction in Mary & Her Monster, and test out some of Ben Franklin’s favorite experiments in the Electricity Party Room.
A historic mansion, unique collections, medicinal gardens, dynamic exhibits, and rich educational experiences await you. The Bakken Museum truly has something everyone can enjoy.

After breakfast at Bakers Square.
Location: 3537 Zenith Avenue South, Minneapolis Cost: $9.00 self-guided. If over 10 attend
self-guided price drops to $7.00. Price is $14 if a tour guide is requested. Tour guides are only available for groups of 10 or more.
Parking: Free in museum lot or on street. Handicap Accessibility: There is an elevator
between the two museum floors. But to enter some of the smaller rooms there will be a few steps involved.
