You will be able to explore walking trails while listening to songs from migratory birds\, enjoying native wildflowers\, smelling natures fragrant blossoms – all while connecting with nature’s healing imagery and sound. \nThis event is open for everyone so please feel free share it with friends who would like attend as well! We believe that spending time outdoors can help reduce stress levels and improve overall mental health. Nature walks provide an ideal way of escaping our busy lives filled with technology-driven distractions; instead we can reconnect ourselves back into harmony with the environment around us. When planning your visit\, please consider the following: \n\nPittsburgh Botanic Garden is intended to be a walking experience and most pathways are fully outdoors.\nPathways may have a paved\, woodchip or fine gravel surface depending on location.
