By becoming a member of Portland Metro Prime Timers (PMPT), you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
Non-Discrimination Policy
PMPT does not tolerate discrimination based on:
- Age
- Race or color
- Ancestry
- Religious or political belief
- Sexual orientation
- Gender identity
- National, ethnic, or social origin
- Marital or veteran status
- Income
- HIV status
- Disability
Conduct & Community Standards
- PMPT does not host or promote activities or events of a sexual nature.
- Members may not display or share personal telephone numbers,
private email addresses, or other member information without prior approval
from the individual concerned. - Any person who is disruptive, disrespectful, or communicates in a manner
contrary to PMPT policies may have their membership revoked at the discretion
of PMPT.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
PMPT disclaims any responsibility for incidents that may result in loss,
injury, or death arising from participation in PMPT-related activities or events.
By participating, members agree to:
- Assume all risks associated with PMPT activities
- Indemnify and release PMPT, its Board Members, event hosts, sponsors, and
participants from any liability
All members participate at their own risk.
Submission of a signed membership document confirms:
- Acceptance of all PMPT policies
- Verification that the member is at least 21 years of age
Media Consent
By signing up to become a member of Portland Metro Prime Timers, you consent
to the use of your image and likeness in PMPT promotional materials, including
but not limited to the PMPT newsletter and website.
Members who do not wish to be photographed may notify the photographer at any
PMPT-sponsored or PMPT-endorsed event.
