As Clayton continues to build itself skyward, there are lots of fountains and sculptures nestled in its downtown \u2014 some of the sculpture on loan from the St. Louis Art Museum.\u00a0 On this walk, you will see the oldest building in Clayton (1854) and will see lots of buildings under construction\u2026including buildings by a company whose corporate headquarters is booming and expanding.\u00a0 If you have memories of shopping at Famous-Barr, the Clayton store still stands.\u00a0 Plus, in downtown Clayton you can see the wind, thanks to 93,000 flappers.<\/p>\n
