WerQfest returns for our fourth annual event! This year will feature a headlining performance by\u00a0national recording artist, Durand Benarr, a special performance by RuPaul Drag Race Season 12 Winner, Jaida Essence Hall, and a host of thrilling performances by St. Louis Black\u00a0LGBTQIA+ artists.<\/p>\n

Two \u201cWerQ Awards\u201d will be presented in recognition of dedication,\u00a0innovation, and visionary contributions to the artistic and overall Black queer community in St.\u00a0Louis, a vendor market featuring Black and brown-led businesses \u2014 curated by\u00a0ForTheCultureSTL. Our 2023 Merch collection will benefit an organization working to provide resources for\u00a0underserved and Black communities, especially LGBTQ+.<\/p>\n

WerQfest is an arts and culture festival highlighting the black queer, trans and non-binary\u00a0community. Our mission is to use the power of arts & entertainment to create safe spaces &\u00a0amplify artists, organizations, and voices within the Black queer community.
