Michael B. suggested that we should showcase other cultures and their foods.  Call it kismet, this is Ethnicity Day.  We are a diverse group of people with our own favorite foods from our different backgrounds.  It was either this or Oktoberfest.  What matters is that we can all get along and enjoy each other’s food.  So bring your best or favorite foods from your family’s collection.  And with holidays like National Apple Day, Sweetest Day, International Raw Milk Cheese Appreciation Day, and National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day, we should have plenty of desserts.  I don’t have a speaker at this time, so let’s plan on having Bingo.  Bring you scary prizes, like recent garage sales finds, bagged or wrapped.
