On World Mental Health Day, what better way to improve your mental health than by bowling, either as a bowler, or as a spectator. After bowling, we’ll go somewhere local to eat as it is Shift 10 Day, a day to encourage shoppers to shift 10% of their shopping power to local economies. And, as any bowler knows, the best way to start a good day of bowling is by having porridge.
