With holidays like Bring Flowers To Someone Day and Straw Hat Day, I’m thinking we should have more Spring like foods such as our annual Everything Salads dinner. Now, for the newcomers and uninitiated, Everything Salads is not just vegetables, but includes ham or chicken salads, green salads, fruit salads, etc., you get the picture. Of course, as in the past, if that day generally turns out to be cold, we’ll just throw everything into a big pot and have soup!

And since the next day is LGBTQ+ Elders Day, we will have Amy Arnold from Central Plains Area Agency on Aging as our guest speaker to tell us about they have to offer us.
