This year the Festival, as well as the opening show, have been cancelled due to Covid.
September 26 Sunday
The Community Rally will begin at noon at the Old Courthouse, North Main and Central, then at 1 PM the Parade will proceed south on Main to Douglas then to Century II. No buttons are required.
