During Aviation History Month and this National Community Education Day, the program for KAM is retired Col. Phil Heseltine. Col. Heseltine is a former Vice Commander of the 22nd at McConnell and Commander of the 931st Reserve Unit at McConnell. Since retirement he authored his book, Certamus Volare.
