Winter Wednesday Sedgwick County Zoo, 5555 W. Zoo Boulevard

Here’s a stress reliever, let’s go to the zoo. On Wednesdays during the winter, it’s only $3 admission, free for Zoo members. We can walk around and see Wild Lights, the Asian lantern sculptures throughout the zoo. For $5 we can ride the  Safari Express, the new train that circles the exhibits. Or for $5 more we can go to Stingray Cove to see the stingrays. If it’s a cold day, we can warm up in the Tropics building. If it’s really bad weather, we’ll reschedule for Wednesday, November 9th.
