DESCRIPTION:in the Fellowship Hall\,behind (North of) the church. \nCalling all cooks. Since October is also Hispanic Heritage Month\, I thought it would be fun to learn how to cook some Mexican food. Tom and I have a walking friend\, Todd\, whose partner\, Fermin\, is a cook from Durango\, Mexico and has catered often ( and they’re potential Prime Timer members). Fermin will develop a menu\, complete with a grocery list of what we should bring. We’ll begin preparing and cooking the meal at 4 PM to have the dinner ready in time for our potluck at 6:30 PM. An email will be sent out with the details later. Others are encouraged to bring side dishes to compliment the meal\, and desserts\, of course.
