DESCRIPTION:I thought we should celebrate Science Day for Peace & Development by going to lunch at Niche.  The National Institute of Culinary and Hospitality Education (NICHE) partnered with Envision “to create the world’s first culinary arts program dedicated to providing professional training to individuals who are blind and visually impaired”.  You may know that NICHE is part of WSU TECH.  I chose the Bistro.  I thought we should go and learn what’s going on in downtown.  We may even get a tour.  They don’t take reservations\, so whoever gets there first hold a table for eight\, as a beginning.    You can see their menu at:nicheks.com/wp-content/uploads/bistro/Bistro%20Menu%20Fall%2023.pdf.
