DESCRIPTION:During the holidays\, everyone is filled with good cheer and charity. After the holidays\, not so much\, but the need doesn’t fade away. As in years past\, we’re going to feed the homeless. We’ll need two groups of volunteers\, one group to prepare and cook the food\, and the second group will serve the food. \n1 PM Preparation and Cooking at Table of Hope Kitchen\, 156 S. Kansas. We need volunteers to help prepare and cook the\nfood to serve dinner later that evening and to prepare breakfast for the next morning for a hundred people.  Th e size of the group is limited only by the size of the kitchen. We will also need volunteers to transport the food to the Men’s\nEmergency Homeless Shelter. \n5:30 PM to 8 PM Serving at Men’s Emergency Homeless Shelter\, 841 N. Market. We need only four volunteers to pack and serve the take away boxed dinner. Th e breakfast foods can be left for the staff to distribute the next morning. I will be sending out an email later with more details.
