Calling all cooks. Since October is also Hispanic Heritage Month, I thought it would be fun to learn how to cook some Mexican food. Tom and I have a walking friend, Todd, whose partner, Fermin, is a cook from Durango, Mexico and has catered often ( and they\u2019re potential Prime Timer members). Fermin will develop a menu, complete with a grocery list of what we should bring. We\u2019ll begin preparing and cooking the meal at 4 PM to have the dinner ready in time for our potluck at 6:30 PM. An email will be sent out with the details later.
