We\u2019ll depart from the city parking lot at 7:45 PM and walk west to Botanica\u2019s Carousel, then reverse course and walk to the Keeper of the Plains to see the lighting of the firepots at 9 PM, then return to the parking lot. Of course we\u2019re doing this on Nut Day. Too bad that Nifty Nut House is not open at that time, so we may just retreat to Bruams\u2019 for some pumpkin spice ice cream or a hot fudge sundae afterwards. In case of cold weather, bring a jacket.
