WHO ARE INDEPENDENT MEMBERS?  
Our Great ‘I Guys‘

Independent Members, also known as ‘I Guys’, are PrimeTimers® who do not live near an existing chapter and are offered many of the same benefits enjoyed by Chapter Members. 

The nucleus of future chapters can be our “I Guys”, as we encourage our Independent members to consider starting a new chapter when a nucleus is found in a geographic area.

Independent membership benefits include:

1.  Chapter members in good standing who visit another Chapter can participate in their activities, provided that all visitation and participation guidelines of that Chapter are honored.
2.  A “Members Only” web page is also available online to inform you of Independent Chapter news, major chapter/regional events, and activities sponsored or co-sponsored by PrimeTimers® Worldwide.
3.  Opportunities to network and socialize with other PrimeTimers® including regional/weekend  gatherings.  Regional host cities in the past include Chicago IL, Denver CO, Myrtle Beach SC, Las Vegas NV, and Oklahoma City OK.
 4. Option to register and attend the PrimeTimers® Worldwide Convention that is held every two years.  Sessions at the conventions discuss business, offer themed workshops, and provide many times to socialize with friends as well as make new ones.
