Dinner at Jumpin’ Catfish in Lee’s Summit

I’ve never been to this restaurant but anyplace named “Jumpin” has me intrigued! Better yet, noted, late New York Times food critic, Craig Claiborne, swore that farm-raised catfish is the finest freshwater fish in North America. If you’ve not supped upon grain-fed, freshwater raised catfish you are in for a culinary treat! Now don’t despair those who dislike our fine, finny friends for feasting, there are plenty of other options! From Duck Confit to ALL YOU CAN EAT fried chicken, you won’t go hungry.
