PTKC Board Nomination

Welcome to the nomination page

On this page you can nominate any member in good standing to stand for election to the PTKC Board of  Directors.

Before you do, however, please click here to read the PTKC Board Handbook. This handbook will give you some insights concerning how the Board works.

Remember, you are nominating someone to be on the Board of Directors, not to a specific position.

The new Board organizes itself after the election.

Below you will find the Nomination Application form. Please complete this form. When you select the “Submit” button, the form will be automatically sent to the Nominating Committee for possible inclusion in the nominations list. You will also receive a copy of your submission via emal.

               PTKC Board Nomination Form

You can use this form to nominate yourself or someone else for possible election to the PTKC governing Board.

  1. Make sure that you are familar with the responsibilities that will be placed on PTKC member who you are nominating. That person may elected to the Board. Please review the document PTKC Board Handbook.
  2. All nominees must be a member in good standing of PTKC.
  3. Per our PTKC Bylaws, all nominations must seconded by another PTKC member in good standing. You will be asked to give the name and contact information of the PTKC member in good standing who will second this nomination.
  4. When you have completed this form and select the "Submit" button the following people will receive a copy of your submisssion.
    1. You, the submitor.
    2. The person being nominated.
    3. The person who is to seconded the nomination.
    4. The Nominating Committee.
  5. A note for everyone: Nominating someone does not guarentee that they will appear on the ballot for Board membership. The decision concerning who to nominate rests solely with Nominating Committee.
