Dinner at Strang Hall in Overland Park

So, a little trivia here. Did you know that William B. Strang Jr. was an American railroad magnate who platted Overland Park and is considered the founder of the community? In 1905, Strang purchased 600 acres south of Kansas City and adjacent to present day Metcalf Avenue and 80th Street. Fast forward 120 years and that brings us to Strang Hall. Today it’s a collective of five chef-driven eateries under one roof. Check out the video to get a sense of this fine establishment. Great menus, lots of drink options – what’s not to like?
