Who can argue with a fine classic steak house? Hand cut, aged prime beef and everything from Filet Mignon, Ribeye, KC Strips, Top Sirloin and Porterhouse. There’s even some luminary history here. Writer Calvin Trillin, a Kansas City native, put Jess and Jim’s on the national map. Years later the restaurant honored him by creating The Playboy Strip; 25 ounces of pure beef goodness!
