Hump Day Dinner @ Legend of Asia in Blue Springs

Uh, oh. Now we’re in for it. Legend of Asia has an enormous……….buffet.  I mean 80 Chinese Dishes and over 25 varieties of authentic Japanese Sushi! Plus multiple soups and Mongolian cuisine as well! Wait, I’m not done yet….Legend of Asia also has special a la carte dishes that are cooked in front of you such as Pan Fried Dumplings, Fried Rice, Lo Mein, and Egg Foo Young, along with many kinds of Barbecue.

So, don those elastic waist pants and meet the gang in Blue Springs! For now, I’ll leave you with this fitting Mongolian phrase:
