So, a friend once asked me about “lighter” dining options at Q39 in Overland Park. After I rolled my eyes and dismissed this silly query with a withering gaze, he got the message. I mean, c’mon! IT’S GREAT BBQ and this is no time for “lighter” fare*! Grab a bib when you get there as it’s a hands-on affair and enjoy! We’ll be there with you!
(*Now if you must there are leaner meals to be had. Q39 has some really good salads including Chopped Salad, Southwest Chicken Salad, and a really delicious Wood-Fired Canadian Salmon Salad. Okay, okay. I’ve had it. Sue me.)
