6th Annual Fall Picnic

$5.00 per member*

Join your fellow PTOP members for an afternoon of food, fun, and frivolity! Once again, the food will be catered by Dillon’s Kansas City BBQ. The menu has been increased to include 3 meats and 3 sides; pulled pork, pulled chicken, Smoked sausages, BBQ beans, coleslaw mac and cheese, potato salad, mild and Hot & Sweet BBQ sauce. For dessert we will have cakes to celebrate PTOP’s 30th anniversary and everyone’s birthday for the year. There will be water and ice available. You may bring soft drinks, beer, or wine (in non-glass containers.) We will have cornhole and ball toss games plus cribbage, Mexican train, dominos, Yahtzee and playing cards, plus old fashion conversation among friends.

*Non-members $20.00. The actual cost of the catered picnic is $20.00 per person. Due to our fundraising (November auctions, 50-50 raffle and the $2.00 door charge at the Monthly Meetings) PTOP Board of Directors has been able to provide a huge discount to our members. This is our way of saying thank you for being a member of the Prime Timers of Phoenix.
