Prime Timers of Phoenix 3rd Annual Spring Picnic Potluck will be Sunday, March 24th from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at Rio Vista Community Park (Ramada 8 & 9) 8866 West Thunderbird Road, Peoria, AZ 85381, located off of the 101 Freeway and Thunderbird Rd.
Join your fellow PTOP members for an afternoon of fun, frolicking, food, friendship, games, and conversation at the Prime Timers of Phoenix Third Annual Potluck Picnic.
PTOP will furnish; deep fried chicken and potato salad, water, ice, plates, napkins, and utensils.
Ideas for members to bring; macaroni salad, green salads, chili, pasta salad, mac and cheese, baked beans, potato chips, dips, nacho chips and salsa, desserts (cakes, pies, cookies) and whatever else you would like to contribute.
Please, let us know what you will be bringing to the Potluck so we can make sure we have a variety of food and not too much of one thing and not enough of another.

For those who do not contribute to the potluck there will be a donation of $5.00.
PTOP will have water and ice available, and you can bring beer and wine in non-glass containers.
There will be a variety of games; corn-hole, ball toss, Mexican Train, dominoes, cribbage, decks of cards, Yahtzee and more.

I work for a company called DocGo Mobile Health, which has been partnering with the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Maricopa County Health Department to provide a number of vaccinations to the public at no cost to the patient.
We have been running a clinic on Fridays at Off Chute Too offering mpox (monkeypox,) Hep A, COVID and flu vaccines. We’ve been trying to broaden our outreach to as much of the community as possible and Patrick Kelley here with Off Chute Too had mentioned that your organization might be interested in hosting some clinics in the future.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you’re interested, if you have more questions, or if you think there is another group that I should consider reaching out to. We are happy to partner with as many organizations as possible in order to keep our community safe.
