Join your fellow PTOP members for an afternoon of food, fun, and frivolity
The Fall Picnic this year will be a potluck!
(Due to the increased cost of catering)
This year Famous Dave’s BBQ will supply; Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken and Mac and Cheese. For dessert we will have cakes to celebrate everyone’s birthday for the year.
$6.00 per member* If you are bring a dish otherwise it is $12.00 per member.
There will be water and ice available. You may bring soft drinks, beer or wine (in non-glass containers.) We will have cornhole and ball toss games plus cribbage, Mexican train, dominoes, Yahtzee and playing cards, plus old fashion conversation among friends.
All RSVPs and payments must be made by Wednesday October 23rd
When you RSVP please add the potluck dish you will be bringing to the picnic.

*Non-members $12.00. The actual cost of the catered picnic is $12.00 per person. Due to our fundraising (November auctions and 50-50 raffle) PTOP Board of Directors has been able to provide a discount to our members. This is our way of saying thank you for being a member of the Prime Timers of Phoenix.
*In the planning stages for the picnic Dillon’s BBQ was contacted about catering the picnic as in years past. Unfortunately, their prices have doubled for less food than we had last year. Researching alternatives, it was found that Famous Dave’s BBQ could supply PTOP with pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac and cheese for a more reasonable price. However, it was felt, that did not provide enough food or choices to satisfy our members. It was decided to do a potluck for the side dishes. salads, et cetera. This would keep the cost low and provide ample food for our members.
