Join us on March 13 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm EDT for the second installment of Sounds of Now, curated by Brooklyn-based drummer and composer Tomas Fujiwara. This session features the “haunting voice” of folk singer, composer, improviser, and musicologist Miriam Elhajli. Miriam, a researcher at The Association for Cultural Equity, is known for her work in New York City’s vibrant avant-garde and folkloric communities. Don’t miss our last winter jazz session!
