Pittsburgh Public Theater: ‘Noises Off’ (preceded by dinner at The Eagle)
Behind the Scenes in a Very Funny Comedy
We hope you will save the date of Friday, October 10 for a fun evening at Pittsburgh Public Theater with your PrimeTimers friends. The Public is performing the hit farcical comedy Noises Off, which was a major hit on Broadway. It is a very funny play about the backstage antics of a theater group and their production of a show. Whatever can go wrong, will go wrong. So, it’s a “play within a play!” The show is at 8 p.m.
Ron S. will organize a dinner or happy hour outing downtown before the show . . . to be determined. For now, put this date on your calendar and plan to get tickets when they are available. Stay tuned for further information. You will be responsible for booking your own tickets at ppt.org so that you can pick your desired seat locations and price levels. At the O’Reilly Theatre, almost every seat is good!
As we try to move into offering more musical and theatrical options, we think this show will be very appealing. Hope you can join us.
We’ll meet at The Eagle for a pre-show dinner at 6:00 but you’ll need to RSVP to join. Email: Pittsburgh_PT@yahoo.com.
