Election of Officers – Elmer’s 1:00

We are meeting at ELMER’S Restaurant, 10001 NE Sandy Blvd. (Parkrose) in the semi-private area room.  We will be able to order separate tickets.  A 20% gratuity will be added to your ticket. We will not be charged for using the space. HOWEVER, they would like to have a rough count ahead of time to be ready for us. Please email Steve Witte at  auretver@hotmail.com or text him at 503-702-3414 to let us know if you are planning to attend or if you need additional information.

Our business meeting and election of officers at his event. We need guys to step up and run for secretary and treasurer. We also need members for at large members on the board. Currently, the board meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 1:00. (This can be changed to accommodate as needed). We really need more active members to help with the running of the chapter. I will remain as president and Fred as vice-president as we still have another year on our terms. The secretary will oversee maintaining the minutes of the board, membership records and any correspondence needed; also to work with our tech guru Pete Carney. The Treasurers job requires a monthly financial report, coordinating with the board on paid dues. (This job is easy, busiest time is first of the year, recording and depositing dues.) Both secretary and treasurer are for two-year terms. IF YOU ARE NEW, don’t shy away from running, this is great way to meet and get to know the membership. It is important for everyone to make our chapter successful!
