PrimeTimers Annual Potluck/BBQ/Picnic McKinley Park

Event will be Saturday, August 31st 12-3pm(ish)  10 very large tables, 2 BBQ stations, mostly covered.  The very same location as The BIG Gay Picnic  We will provide water, plates, flatware, cups, napkins, hamburger&hotdog buns, condiments, BBQ sauce and ice..

A first aid kit will be available as well.

Potluck YOU bring sweet/savory dish with a UTENSIL and the meat you want to BBQ. If you want CHEESE on your meat bring that as well.

Our permit does not allow alcohol.

• Our cost (permit, BBQ stuff, plates, utensils is about $250).  We’re asking for $5 that we’ll have in a donation box at the event.  If you can’t afford that please come anyway.
